In today’s world, we are all for savings and the innumerable apps have helped us save more and more on recharges as well as bill payments, in recent times. Repeated usage of a particular app has not only multiplies the rewards for us but also helps us gain other rewards on other avenues.

Let’s talk about some of the apps that are mostly in use today-

Paytm

This company has grown to be a giant among all apps that are used as mobile wallets for various transactions. Not only is their wallet usable in innumerable websites but also it can be used in physical stores. Even since demonetization, quite a number of physical stores, right from pharmaceuticals to cake shops have been accepting payments via this mobile wallet

It is a household name today, and money is often transferred to each other’s account just using a mobile number. Money can also be transferred to bank and a small percentage is levied as transaction charges. Starting with Paytm Mobile Recharge and now going live with the Paytm Online Mall, this is one app, making it big.

PhonePe

Why is PhonePe my personal favourite? Because it gives great cashbacks on payment at flipcart? No. Because it gives amazing cashbacks whenever I go for online recharge? No. The selling point of this app is its simplistic environment, user interface, and the most important of all – UPI payment system.

Suppose you need to transfer an amount from one account of yours to another. Say from your AXIS bank account to your SBI account…so would you get into complicated net banking systems, or run from bank to bank? Using PhonePe, you can do it in less than a minute-not kidding! You just have to use the UPI 6-digit pin code that you set the first time you logged in.
No hassles of OTP, or remembering numerous passwords for numerous accounts. One 6 digit pin works for all payments and transactions. Also, unlike any other app, no processing fee is charged, no matter what amount you transfer or which bank you transfer to, or even if you transfer wallet amount to bank.

Airtel Recharge App

This app is of a great help for all who use Airtel. It offers a user specific experience and offers us all the specific and best offers suited to us. It can also be used to make payments at various online and offline store, and for every rupee you deposit in the airtel wallet, you get a free minute, and you actually earn interest for money kept in the “Airtel Bank”.

Airtel recharge app provides us with recharge offers unavailable in physical stores or locally, and makes online mobile recharge easier for us all.

Tapzo

Tapzo is a conglomerate. Food? Cabs? Coupons? Shopping? Tapzo offers everything under just one roof, and is overwhelming at times. It is where you get options to check ola and uber fares at the same time or compare delivery charges for faasos, swiggy and foodpanda together and choose the best one for you. Payment options are varied and range from the usual cards, net banking, and COD to almost all online wallets.

NearBuy

Being a foodie, food is the first of my needs. Bufft lunches and dinners are costly, sometimes costing upto 2k/person. NearBuy offers great deals and coupons on buffets and 4,5 course meals as well as coupons to get a particular item, say biriyani from Arslan or Momos from Wow Momo at a discounted price. NearBuy is a must for foodies and food enthusiasts to save big, and fill your stomach with the latest delicacies at the new joints in town, both at the same time.

So it is now, up to you, whether to save big, by using these new in town apps, or to stick to your old form of payment, happy saving!
